Beginning

I started Strategic Metrics Consulting because I believe technology should work for business owners—not against them. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I saw firsthand how overwhelming tech decisions could be. With a background in chemical engineering, I developed a deep understanding of how systems work—from the smallest details to large-scale operations. I carried that mindset into business analytics and data strategy, helping companies worldwide turn scattered information into clear, actionable insights.

Early in my career, I was tasked with explaining highly technical concepts for the National Science Foundation—translating complex scientific processes into language anyone could understand. That’s when I realized my passion: simplifying the complicated and helping people feel confident in their decisions. Since then, I’ve worked with global teams to eliminate inefficiencies, automate reporting, and empower businesses to embrace technology without frustration.
